About Us

As Breadcrumb production frontier has been for over 100 years.

President's Message

Founded as a direct salt-seller in Fukagawa, Tokyo, in 1900, our company shifted its focus to manufacturing and selling breadcrumbs when they were not yet recognized as a serious food ingredient. This was in 1916, in the early days of Westernization of lifestyles in Japan.

It has been over 120 years since our founding. Our predecessors and we have worked to expand our product lines to meet the needs of society. Now, with two domestic and two overseas factories, we produce related products as well as our primary ones.

With quality, reliability, and ongoing research and development as our basic manufacturing principles, we will endeavor to maintain the highest standards of safety and consistency, and to push forward the frontiers of taste and tastiness. We intend to be a company the food industry cannot live without.

I look forward to your guidance, encouragement and support.

PresidentKeita Miyazaki

Corporate Philosophy

With our motto - "Balanced, Sound Management" -
we endeavor always to enhance trust in us,
and to make our contribution to society through food.

100th Year of Making Breadcrumbs Marked
with a Party

100th Year

On October 9, 2016, employees from the head office and Kanto and Tohoku factories gathered in the Royal Crown banquet hall of the Urawa Royal Pines Hotel for a party to celebrate our 100th anniversary of making breadcrumbs.

Entertainment during the full-course French meal included Nobu & Fukkey, a two-man musical mimicry team popular on TV variety shows.

A prize drawing added to the excitement. Attendees had a memorable time and left with renewed commitment and enthusiasm for making high-quality breadcrumbs.
